Hottest AI Girlfriends Ranked By Players
Every site claims to have the sexiest AI girlfriend. This list lets the players decide. These are the 3D anime girls on SecretWaifu that people spend the most time with, counted by the chat messages exchanged with each of them across every player.
Each one is a fully animated 3D character with her own personality, voice and stories, not a picture with a text box. Open a profile to read her backstory, see her stories and start playing in your browser, on Windows or in VR. SecretWaifu is for adults 18 and older only.

Frequently asked questions
- How is this ranking decided?
- By how much players actually talk to her. Each girl is ranked by the total number of chat messages exchanged with her on SecretWaifu, with likes on her stories breaking ties. Nobody can pay to move up the list.
- Who is the hottest AI girlfriend?
- Whoever sits at number one right now, decided by how much players talk to her. Taste differs, though, so scroll the whole list. Every girl has her own personality and stories, and the order shifts as players find new favourites.
- Are these AI girlfriends NSFW?
- Yes. The chat runs on an uncensored AI model made for adult roleplay, and SecretWaifu has interactive 3D sex scenes that you play instead of read. It is an adult game for players 18 and older.
- What makes a SecretWaifu girl different from an AI chatbot?
- She has a 3D body and a voice. She answers out loud with lipsync, reacts with her face and body, and your relationship grows from Stranger to Waifu as you play. With a headset she stands in front of you at life size.
- Can I add my own girl to the list?
- You can upload your own VRoid character and publish her to the community. Once she is approved and public, she is ranked the same way as everyone else.
- Where can I play with them?
- In your browser with nothing to install, in the Windows build, on PCVR through SteamVR and standalone on Meta Quest. One account keeps your chats and progress on every platform.
